Refund & Return Policy
We accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging, within fifteen days (15) days of delivery, for exchange, credit or refund. If fifteen (15) days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. There is no refund or credit given to any product being returned after fifteen days (15) days. Opened culinary products cannot be returned due to food safety regulations, unless the product was received damaged or faulty. If you choose to return a product, please refer to the Return Policy.
Buyer shall promptly inspect the Product upon receipt. Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Product unless Buyer notifies Seller in writing within fifteen (15) days of delivery of any non-conformance of the Product. Seller shall have the right to repair or replace, at its option, the non-conforming Product within a reasonable time without being in breach of these terms and conditions and without incurring any liability.
A Return Authorization (RA) number can be requested by contacting Customer Service at email@example.com. Please have the following information available: Name, quantity, customer PO number (email) , and the reason for return. Returned shipments must include all original parts and paperwork. The RA number must appear on the exterior of each individual shipping container. RA numbers expire thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Freight charges are the responsibility of the returning party unless Seller determines the Product is covered under warranty. Returns will not be allowed for Products that have been altered from their original condition.
